Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days before shipping.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Canada and the United States only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of Canada and the United States.

Shipping Timelines

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and product availability.

• Canada: Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days from the shipping date, depending on the carrier.

• United States: Estimated delivery within 7–10 business days from the shipping date, depending on the carrier.

Orders are shipped through Canada Post.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are weight-based and calculated at checkout.

For Canadian orders, shipping may be free depending on the order value and applicable promotions.

All U.S. orders are subject to shipping charges.

US shipping rates may vary depending on the product, package weight, and destination.

Estimated shipping charges may range from $30 to $160, depending on the order.

Free Shipping

Free shipping applies to eligible Canadian orders only.

Free shipping does not apply to US orders.

Preorders and Backorders

Some products may be marked as “Restock soon, preorder now.” These products are not currently in stock and will ship once inventory becomes available.

Preorder and backorder timelines may vary depending on the product. Customers should expect an estimated shipping timeframe of approximately 2–3 months, depending on product availability.

Orders with Multiple Items

If an order includes both in-stock and preorder/backordered products, the order may be held and shipped together once all items are available.

For Canadian orders, partial shipments may be available depending on product availability.

For US orders, all items will generally ship together once the full order is ready to avoid additional shipping charges.

Customer Notifications

Customers will be notified by email regarding shipment updates, delays, or any important order related information. Updates may be sent by our customer service or sales team.

Tracking Information

Customers will receive tracking information by email as soon as the order has shipped.

Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees

For US orders, applicable shipping charges, duties, taxes, customs fees, or import-related charges may be included in the shipping cost calculated at checkout.

Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages
